Desired Candidate Profile:
· Qualification – The qualification of the students must be Post Graduate students ( Only Male Candidates are Eligible ) .
· Age-The candidate’s age should be between 21 years to 26 years. And 28 years with valid work experience.
Selection Process:
· Personal Interview: All the eligible applicants will undergo 2 rounds of personal Interview process first with NIBF & finally with L&T Finance Company.
· Conditional Offer Letter: The successful candidates post interview will receive a conditional offer letter from L&T Finance & undergo Training at NIBF.
· Training: Selected candidates will be required to pay training fee of Rs.10, 000 /- plus Service Tax only on receiving the offer letter.
· Note: 50% of the fees is refunded after completion of 3 months in organization.
· The candidates will be imparted 6 days of classroom training at NIBF. After successful completion of training the candidates will be placed to their respective headquarters.
