关于HSK 和毕业生，华夏校级优秀毕业生：
这是华夏中文学校第二年使用HSK – level 4 作为毕业考试. 考试于3/23 和 3/24 在华夏三个区举行. 考试成绩已经分发给各分校校长和联系人。
我们很自豪的宣布华夏有98%学生通过考试。平均分248 out
of 300. 祝贺2013毕业班取得的成绩。这个成绩的取得反映了多年来华夏致力于教学的努力。这是华夏教学历史的又一个里程碑。
For those test scores don’t meet the passing grade (<180), students can take
the same category (Level4) test again before next year cut-off day of
Graduation Commencement and get graduated next year. Students must re-register
in order to re-take the test.
"Graduate" is a Huaxia student who took HXCS Graduation Test (HSK – level 4) and scored 180 or higher.
HXHQ continues to recognize the top 10% of each branch’s graduates (rounded up) as Outstanding Graduates this year. If your branch has less than 10 graduates, your branch gets one Outstanding Graduate.
Please submit a prospective list of graduates including the Outstanding Graduate(s) selected by your branch, in both Chinese and English（见附件格式）to毕业典礼联系e-mail：HX2013Gr...@gmail.com

考虑到各分校需要时间慎重选择优秀毕业生， 10%优秀毕业生名单上报时间截止为5/21/2013。因为定制毕业生奖杯需要时间，请各分校尽早决定和上报优秀毕业生名单。
同时各分校都已取得合格毕业生的名单，基于同样的奖杯制作时间的因素，请分校在5/15/2013前将毕业生名单上报：

5/15截止日期前及时上报毕业生名单。Please find the enclosed 2013 HX graduate list grouped by school. Check the English and Chinese names for all of the students from your schools as they were taken from the official HSK score reports when they are available. Otherwise they were copied from the lists sent by individual schools. Whatever the sources are, please report name errors at your earliest convenience because it is those names that will be printed on the HX graduation diploma. If no requests for corrections are received by the end of this Sunday, 05/19, the list will be used in the next phase of the 2013 HX commencement preparation.
BTW, some schools still have not sent their graduate lists as of now.

6/16下午的华夏总校毕业典礼。今年华夏有近300名毕业生。毕业生将获得总校长和分校长共同签字的华夏总校毕业证书。华夏总校将向近30位优秀毕业生颁发奖杯。同时每位毕业生也将获得刻有HUAXIA CHINESE SCHOOL CLASS 2013字样的奖杯。总校毕业典礼程序将近期公布。华夏各分校上课时间分布在周六和周日。总校毕业会不可避免和一些分校上课时间冲突。请大家谅解。希望各分校能有妥善和兼顾的安排。同时，总校也在积极探讨未来能够方便所有分校的毕业典礼时间。

“岁岁有花红，又到花红日”。在中文教育园丁的辛勤耕耘之下，六月里的华夏园地正是鲜花盛开的地方。“2013届华夏中文学校毕业典礼”定于6月16日在新泽西州的New Brunswick Rutgers Student Center举行，近300名朝气蓬勃的华夏学子即将获得华夏中文学校毕业证书及毕业纪念奖杯。毕业典礼上，还将颁发“优秀毕业生奖杯”，并向离任的分校校长和总校义务工作人员颁奖。来自纽约、宾州、康州、新泽西州等地区20家分校的学生、老师、家长和义务工作人员将欢聚一堂，共庆盛典。
