I guess that would work ok but what ever we do we need to let people know ASAP. I guess having 1 day of vendors is fine but letting Colorado Technology Partners maintain the Square area as they see fit would be fine. David,  Kevin let me know your thoughts. Sorry about all this mess, I went into AHEC 4 times to confirm our date and they still messed it up.

When I was talking to John Mosely we were thinking we could at least leave the e-waste drop off in the tivoli square on the second day, but not have any other vendors.  I feel like it will be lame if we try to squeeze everything down, as well as confusing as far as messages go. If we did the 2nd day it would need to build and be better than the first day...it will be more difficult to achieve this with the limitations set.

Let me know what the final plan is so we can tell vendors.

On second thought, there are already too many people planing on coming both days for the e-waste drop to change it. Lets just plan to squeeze south of tivoli commons and just not do music on Wednesday. Mark did GLBT mention where they will focus their event or how many outside vendors there will be supporting them. I am guessing that they will be mostly in the main commons area and in front of the events center. Kim did you hear anything? I think we can both work happily together w/o conflict on Thursday.

However, on the 14th another organization has the entire commons booked for a few hours (right in the middle of the time we wanted to reserve). I asked if we could combine and share the space and they declined. So we can either use all of the space from the tivoli square until the commons, or just have the event on the 13th and scrap the 14th. What do you think?

I’m fine either way. Just need to know if we will have our sponsor booths 4-6 available in Tivoli square for one day or both days.

I need to know in order to try and secure funds.
