Update on Event Dates

Dear ASCF team, 

We ran into a small snag on the 14th and will not be able to have the main commons area for our event so we will move down towards the Tivoli Square side with our booths and not do music on the 14th and let the other event have the music for us!!! We can still have speakers on the small stage no 2. I also wanted to make sure that everyone that uses the exhibitor "invitation letter" uses the original google doc link to send out. I am continuously updating the file with changes. Rima, how did the meeting go today?  Can you please CC me on emails with vendors. Shirley is helping out with contacting some of the vendors from last year. I have added her to our google groups email list.  

So to clarify, we are holding the event on both the 13th and 14th just not having music sponsored by us and we will need to move down a little towards the west.  It should work out fine.
