Dear Sustainability Festival Team, 

I have started a mind map as an event management tool. Please click here to see it
The PW is "green"

I have also created a basic proposal and Budget. Please look them over here. I hope we can all use the mind map as a way to develop an operating document for the event. 

I will be making this proposal to the SCP tomorrow at the meeting at 3pm at the SCP meeting in Tivoli 314. Feel free to attend.

The mind map looks good.  Could you please change Hip-Hop Council to Hip-Hop Congress?

Sure, actually I was hoping you all can help expand this with me. You will need to create an account in order to edit the map. Its super easy to edit.

Ok so here is a review of todays meeting:

We will have 5 categories of management responsibility and accountability:

1. Entertainment - Spenser

2. Promotions - Jonathan

3. Partnerships - Freddy

4. Vendors and info booths - Riba

5. Security/ Venue/ Volunteers - Kim

By next Wednesdays lets all have list of goals or a List of tasks, or list of vendors that you plan to do or contact. If you can please write this up directly in our mind map or on a google document with a link on the Mind map we can all keep track of how things are progressing. Spenser, you will be in charge of booking both bands and arranging the final speakers. They will be on different stages. Riba wants to help with choosing the entertainment. I will post contact information for everyone on the mind map under General>directory.
