Ok so here is a review of todays meeting:
We will have 5 categories of management responsibility and accountability:
1. Entertainment - Spenser
2. Promotions - Jonathan
3. Partnerships - Freddy
4. Vendors and info booths - Riba
5. Security/ Venue/ Volunteers - Kim
By next Wednesdays lets all have list of goals or a List of tasks, or list of vendors that you plan to do or contact. If you can please write this up directly in our mind map or on a google document with a link on the Mind map we can all keep track of how things are progressing. Spenser, you will be in charge of booking both bands and arranging the final speakers. They will be on different stages. Riba wants to help with choosing the entertainment. I will post contact information for everyone on the mind map under General>directory.
