I reached out to Microsoft and Dell this morning and told them we need an answer by end tomorrow AM so we can give the final printing nod tomorrow morning whether they are included on the marketing material.

Good news, Dell has committed to the event. Please include Dell on any and all marketing material.
I am awaiting word from Microsoft…
Kevin, is there any way KOA can mention Dell as a sponsor in the PSA and on-air live mentions?
Can we include them in the press release also?

Good job Robert!
Kevin
That is great Rob,
I suppose Metro and UCD students can and will do the same thing at their schools?
Just so everyone knows, I am not in the AHEC office Fridays or Tuesdays so do not expect to be able to reach me those days.
Jonathan, did you / and or Joseph have a chance to touch base with the “tent making” people?

Hi everyone,
Are we changing the info that goes out to include Dell as a major sponsor?
Can we add Microsoft if they agree this afternoon?
What about the print material?

Good job Robert!
I hope so. The Auraria print team will need to take care of that, as they have both versions of the sign – with and without Dell and Microsoft. Maybe we just keep both in case MS comes through. Most of us are MS partners so it can’t hurt.
I agree, plus they have given me a verbal commitment as of this morning. I believe they will pay the entire $4-5K bill for our costs to do this event.
How do I guarantee Dell and Microsoft will be included in the following?:
Press release
Printed marketing materials
Social online media
Web banners
E-mail blasts
Websites
Any description of the event…
Microsoft and Dell HAVE confirmed as sponsors. Unfortunately, they could not confirm the amount of dollars they will provide yet. We will not know until next week.
I am hopeful they will cover the entire event but we should STILL pursue additional funding if available through Auraria just in case. Like I mentioned in the meeting, if we raise more funds than needed than we can donate it to your organization.

Hi Kevin,
Hi all,
I just wanted to make sure the SCP students and our partners knew that the festival banners and the directional signs are done and ready whenever the students are going to pick them up / start distributing them (Tyler and Jonathan know where they are available in the SAS suite)
I’m told someone already picked up the posters and is working on distributing them now.
Please join me in thanking Cheryl, Alysa, and Stefanie for all of their hard work getting the signs, posters, banners, etc all completed, looking GREAT, and in the timeline we gave them (which was VERY short). Thank you very much to the three of you, much appreciated.
As usual, I will not be in tomorrow, but will be around starting 8am Wednesday. I plan at being at the ACSC table 10am – noon and again 1:00-3:00 but will be available for emergencies, etc.
