My name is Krystle Corpuz and I am a business development officer for
Social Impact, a Washington DC based consulting firm. We are currently
recruiting individuals for the USAID funded final evaluation of the
Institutionalization of Community-Based Therapeutic Care Activity in
Malawi. The purpose of the evaluation is to determine the extent to
which various elements of Community Therapeutic Care, now called
Community-based Management of Acute Malnutrition , Government of
Malawi, Ministry of Health have assumed and incorporated nutrition
program management in their routine.

I received your contact details from developmentaid.org and thought
you would like the be considered for the position. Attached is the RFP
for your perusal. If you think your background fits within the scope
of work of the project and would like to be considered to be proposed
as Key Personnel please do the following:


1. Send an updated CV

2. Complete and sign the attached USAID biodata form and send it
back to me

3. Provide your daily consultancy rate in USD

4. Provide three professional references

5. A copy of your University Degree

Likewise, if you can provide any referrals of local consultants with a
nutrition and health care provider assessment background with
evaluation, data collection, and research experience. Please feel free
