Job 1: In-house Translators (English into Simplified Chinese)
1. Qualifications:
a. 0 - 3 years of experience in translation fields, bachelor degree in English, IT, Business, Medicine or Law preferable.
b. Pass CET 6 for non-English Major or TEM 8 for English Major
c. Knowledge in Localization Tools is preferable.
d. Strong sense in Team work
e. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (both in speaking and writing) necessary
f. Need to work 5 days a week.
2. Responsibilities:
a. Translate assigned document(s), web content and or software UI strings around 2,500 - 3,500 words per day
b. Edit assigned document(s), web content and/or software UI strings around 5,000 – 7,000 words per day
c. Proofread assigned document(s), web content and/or software UI strings around 10,000 words per day.

Job 2: Project Coordinator
1. Qualifications:
a. Graduating in 2015 or 2016, majoring in English, IT preferable

Assist Project Manager with project management related jobs, including,
a. Analyze, prepare project files before beginning a project.
b. Prepare files for final delivery.
c. Communicate with client, vendor or internal production team.
d. Project-related paperwork.

What are my responsibilities?
• Support to create, and maintain user documentations (e.g. installation instructions, user manuals, data sheets and etc.) in close collaboration with R&D, marketing, as well as global TD team
• Ensure correctness in both English and Chinese, terminology, technical standards, documentation standards and corporate design standards
• Assist other document activities
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Advanced language competency, at similar level of TEM-8
• Required expertise in text tools (i.e. MS Word), and graphic tools (Corel Designer, Photoshop)
• Good sense of language expression, clear concise expression style.
• Careful and particular, and very good attention to details and correctness.
• Fluent oral and written English

根据上次同学们提交的选题报告以及各导师的研判，对第一批提交选题报告的学生进行了导师分配。
大家将看到三列导师的信息，“原导师”和“协助导师”两列是大家教务系统中导师信息，这是原来大家开学时选的，可以忽略。现在根据大家实际的选题情况，重新分配了导师，请以分配的实际导师为准，并请已经分配导师的同学尽快与你的导师联系，商量开题事宜。
其他还没有分配导师的同学，可能因为你没有提交选题报告或者还没有定下合适的导师，所以暂时没有分配，请稍等几天，近日将会全部分配好导师。
