Welcome to Regional Induction Conference, iLEAD, spring 2011.
首先恭喜大家成为Faci Leader, 在一次Conference中最重要的就是保证Delegate的Experience, 那保证Delegate的Experience的前提就是保证所有Faci的Experience. 所以大家在此的Role非常的重要.
Role and Responsibility
- 负责所有的Faci的Logistic的安排;
- 负责所有的Faci Training的安排和收集Feedback;
- Faci每日Review Meeting的安排
To do list Before RIC
- 认真阅读Pre-meeting的Agenda, 了解Conference的内容;
- 通知所有的Faci, 并利用附件中的Template搜集Faci的到达和离开的信息;
- 提前发布Faci Booklet, 保证Faci对于Conference有正确的理解.
我会在周三Release第一版的Faci Booklet.
附件中有
RIC Agenda
Faci名单, 并填写Faci的到达时间和交通运输信息, 确保他们一定告诉你他们怎么到达, 而不是仅仅告诉你们他们可以到.
