Hi ES congregation,

Please see Pastor KC's email below regards to 2 major events coming up this Sunday 9/7:

Town Hall Meeting-Church Building (This Sun, Sept 7 @ 1:30-3:30 PM)
Lunch Sign up: www.svac-cma.org Go to Upcoming Event -> Town Hall Meeting Luncheon

As of this morning (9/3) - we only have about 35 adults and 5 children signed up for lunch. Please sign up ASAP.

Brothers and sisters need to come in with THREE things in hand... BEFORE this Sunday (9/7/2014)

1. The name of the Candidate (to be nominated to serve in the Nominating Committee)

2. The name of the person who seconded the Candidate

3. The name of the person who made the Nomination (of the Candidate)

Forming of the Nominating Committee

The New Nomination of the Nominating Committee as follow…

1. From now until 9/7:

a. Please prayerfully come up with name

b. Get people to second your candidate

c. Contact potential candidate.

d. Get consent from the candidate.

e. Prepare to fill out the names, email and Phone no. of yourself, the nominated candidate and the person who seconded the nomination on 9/7!

2. The Nomination on 9/7/2013 (This Coming Sunday)

3. The Election of the Nominating Committee on 9/14/2013 (Sunday)

4. The Elected Nominating Committee as they begin their process to nominate the candidates of the SVAC leadership for 2014!
