Christmas Community Luncheon 12/25 updates

Hi all,

 

I would like to give you some updates on the preparation/planning for the Christmas Community Luncheon on 12/25.  The planning team is working hard to prepare and plan for this event.  You will have more details this coming few days in how you can be involved in helping this event.  Watch out for the upcoming information.  We'll need A LOT of manpower to make it happen.  So I'll count on each one of you.  I want to thank you in advance in making this Christmas brighter for someone else in our community.

 

In preparing for the community luncheon, we also want to invite our church congregation to go into our Milpitas communities and personally invite the residents to come to the luncheon.  The dates and times are:

 

12/7 Sat. 2p-4p community walk
12/14 Sat. 2p-4p community walk with Caroling

12/15 Sun. 2p-4p community walk

 

Please come and join us.  We'll meet at 1:30pm SHARP in room D-1 for briefing and prayer before community walk.  Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
