Hey guys,
Just a reminder that team dues are due this Sunday (16th)!!! I know
its early this year, but we have a bunch of things we need to cover
this year.
If anyone needs a receipt for their bar/sponsor, please let me know so
I can get it together. I believe they might be able to write it off
in their taxes.
Dues are $475. If you need a team extension, please let me know.
Attached is our proposed budget for the year. Not everything is
completely finalized, but this is good ballpark on where the money is
going and does not include unforeseeable instances.

Chrissy has stated and restated that she needs the $$$ on the 23rd, (I.e. this: Rosters, Waivers, and Dues are all due May 23rd. I would prefer if you would email me a copy of your roster and the sooner the better.
Dues will be $475 per team this year. (we are purchasing our own beer tap cooler thingy))

so I have told my team the same.  will try to work towards getting the $$$ together by sunday if I can.

Every email I have received has had the date of May 23rd on it. I was not notified of any type of change to this and our sponsor is expecting to pay the  23rd

Hey guys,
Dues are still due on the 23rd. Minor confusion, sorry about that. Also, I have attached an updated schedule with a few bar changes (Pal's, Bank's and Finn's).
If anyone has their roster done, please send it to me asap, It will make the ID and Waiver checking easier for all parties involved.

Also, please note this year waivers will be done different than in years past. For the social and first week there will be a table set up by the kegs where every single person playing has to stop by, show ID and fill out a waiver. Every single person must have signed waiver and show ID before they play in a single game. They will be there early on the 23rd to check for those playing the first games. Please note that if you are caught playing with someone who has not had an ID check, any and all games they have played with you will become a forfeit. After the first two weeks, if you have someone that need to still sign, they may see Cathy Shaw, Cassidy Reese, Bef, or myself to get a form before they play. Let me know if there are any questions about this.

Lastly, and I apologize this hasn't been brought up sooner, but we will be self policing and IDing at our own kegs this summer. The two teams with a bye week will be responsible for providing people to share ID duties each Sunday. They will be responsible for checking IDs of non kickballers and also be a deterrent for the random crackheads that drink our beer. We will provide a stamp to mark those of age. I know this seems like a pain in the ass, but we've had more than our usual police attention this past year and the last thing I want is for the league to get in trouble. If you have any major issues or questions please let me know.

That being said I hope everyone has fun on Sunday. I will not be there (IT"S MY LAST DAY WITH CM!!!), but I'll see y'all the week after!

I use this email for business and send out a request for receipt as my default setting. I turned it off for the KOCC.
