Hello All!
Attached you will find the live auction items that we have been working on. There are actually six down, so we need to decide what goes so that we can have five. Maybe combine the weekend vehicle rental with the symphony package. Thoughts? We also need to work on creative names.

I know we limited ourselves to five live
items, but is there any reason we couldn't fudge and do six? The weekend
vehicle rental may be better used by someone who wants to take it out of
town, opposed to downtown for a night.
If we do take one off the list, Waste Connections would probably go high in the silent auction just as well as the live since the value would benefit someone's fixed monthly budget (trash pick-up isn't a discretionary item). The audience is limited to County residents, so it may not get as much play in the live auction. Thoughts?
I didn't get a great response from the Runner's Market this weekend but may still have an inroad. Kelly offered to ask someone at Fleet Feet for a similar certificate. I hope to hear back from that one soon, but that should not delay the invitations going out.
Would you or Stacy take a stab at the descriptions so that our editing doesn't delay the invites going to print? I don't think it has to be cute necessarily, just a brief title and description (vague if we don't have details ironed out, or descriptive if we do).
