Hi, everyone!

In the last two days, I have gotten two different job postings for
partners, so I wanted to pass those along. Also, I am the webmaster
for the Ross Partners page, and I hope to have the jobs section

Administration Specialist - Museum of Art

Basic Functions and Responsibility:
Provide administrative and project management support to the Chief
Administrative Officer (CAO) and Senior Accountant.

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the CAO with projects and management of details in the areas
of: Human Resources, Finance and Facilities. This could include: staff
scheduling, HR data entry, facilities' management, etc. May also
include clerical and/or administrative tasks.
- Assist the Senior Accountant with data entry, payroll tasks, record
keeping and general secretarial duties.
- Assist with tracking income and expenses from inception to payment
through the Museum's internal accounting system. Assist with
reconciliation of departmental accounts with the University Statement
of Activity Reports. Review transactions for correct classification.
Maintain files, which support account activity. Enter vouchers and Po
requests into the M-Pathways system.
- Other duties include maintaining the Financial database to track
Museum attendance, filling out forms as needed for departments, etc..
- Management of special projects as needed.

Desired Qualifications:
Must be detail oriented and have an interest in working with numbers.
Must be able to work independently. Must be computer literate. Some
professional experience with Filemaker Pro a plus, but not necessary.
An interest in the visual arts is a plus. This is a temporary, hourly
position and will be about 15 hours/week. (In the email I received,
Kathryn noted that they would like to turn it into a regular 50% job
when the museum opens again.)

looking for Part Time work, 8-2 daily and a two year commitment to the
