mere abhi tak ek hi DE hua hai... mujhe next do sem me 5 DE karne hai... so next sem me atleast 3 DE to karne honge... jo 4 DE float huye hai unme I can do two DE only(TQM & CAMD)... so plz float more DEs may be micro & nano/value engg....

@anish : DEs are less, and people in kara(8 least) want to take DS.
might be DS shall be floated in B slot same as VJ's core.
Kindly look into it, koi help chaiye ho bolna.

I know 8am, but kya karein, that is the only slot which is pretty much useless for everyone in the 7th sem.

This can be done that the M techs don't need to attend the 2 part of the 3-0-2 and we can do that... like mel 235 happened i suppose...

yaar wo 3 credit ka course hai...would it be possible to make it 4 credit DE for us...ie MEL324..combined class would be taken for us and M techs ?

@shrey: There will be no core in B slot, that is certain since the students who went on exchange have to do MEL311 in B slot.

@Kanav: Materials management seems like a good course, but VJ is already taking two full lecture courses next semester, I don't think he will agree to take a teaching load of 3 courses in one sem. Will keep this option on the list though.
LCA is another option as Aishwarya suggested. @Ankur, Can you do LCA instead of your CAMD in C slot, or have you done that already?

@Anish: The problem with LCA is that it overlaps with MEL312(Control), so those of us who have done MEL312 can't do it. So plz try and get more DEs floated apart from LCA, also any chance it can be removed as an overlap of 312??

There is a 50-60% overlap, hard to convince the department to remove the overlap.

All we can sum up is: B slot mein MEL311 hai, so MEL423 has to be shifted from B.
and F slot mein MEL331 hai so it can't be shifted to F.
