Dear Class Committee Coordinators,

Here is the list of electives that various groups are planning to offer. Please find out from your batches which courses can be in the same slot. The 2009 and 2010 class coordinators for ME1 and ME2 must sit together to decide the slots.  My suggestion is that you ask the students to identify only those courses which they are serious about doing. Do not ask for preferences, since in the list we have, all will get offered if there are takers for them.  Then find the courses, which may be put in the same slot. Please also note that not all the courses given below are DEs for the two programmes. SOme of the 700 level courses are DEs but not some others, which can be taken only as OCs. So, make sure you check these details from the courses of study for your entry year. Please let me have the information about slots latest by Wed FN (which means by tomorrow night!)

anish please try to see micro nano and value engg are not in the same slot (E,F,J,or H suits every one i hope) so people left with 2 DEs will hav no problem as some dont want to take a DE in M slot as materials management will be in M  ......and avinash has to do opc and shrey mel120 so make sure it dont clash with these DEs ....you can try if mel120 and opc can go with same slot ...and shuvi can do 2 courses (mm, ve,) ....

Try keeping Micro and Nano or MEL 432 in E, J or H slot and MM in M slot as in prev sems.  LCA will be C slot as usual.

Please fill in your preferred slot for the DEs if you are interested in that particular DE, otherwise leave it blank. You can also append comments for your slot choice if there is a pressing reason for the same.
Do this before midnight, I'll be sending final preferences by midnight.
