Discount for mailing applications to foreign universities for higher studies

The BSW has observed that many final year students need to send applications to foreign universities for their Master in Science. The cost of the courier to foreign universities is too high and so keeping in mind this we have talked to DHL and they have agreed to reduce the cost for the sending of bulk applications from IIT. So for the benefit of the students sending the applications we need to know the number of applications they need to send and the country where the application has to be sent. So please reply with the above information and the tentative dates when the applications have to be sent to the email-id courierse...@gmail.com. Please reply as soon as possible so that we can get the work done .
