Hi all,

Today is the last date for filling in the course feedback forms on the academic website. Please do fill in the forms for all the courses in which you are enrolled.

The following instructions are to be followed to fill in the forms:

1. Open on your browser https://campus1.iitd.ac.in/hcmprod1/signon.html
2. Login using your kerberos (proxy) login and password.
3.  Navigation for Students – Self Service ->Mid/Final Semester Feedback
4. Click on the link against the course to give the feedback.
5. Student can Save/Submit the feedback form for a course. When submitted the page will be read only for that course.
6. Note: For objective questions, choose ‘No Opinion’ in case you do want to give any opinion for a question. Subjective questions are not mandatory.

The feedback would be visible to course coordinators from 19th September. The feedbacks remain anonymous as long as the student does not willingly identify himself / herself.
