Fwd: Why care to come for the Open discussion with the Director?

Dear 4th and 5th yearites,

An Open meeting and discussion between all of you (including non-graduating students) and the director is being organised for the first time in IITD at 6PM, 15th April, Monday in Dogra Hall. Director Sir is taking the event very seriously. He ensured that Dept Director, Deans, Assoc Deans- all were present for the freshers' discussion despite only 50 freshers turning up (We hope we seniors know better and care more) though they posed bold questions that have never been asked before from the administration and gave direct critical feedback to the Director!

Motivation for the discussion:

This presents us with the unique opportunity to improve the IIT 'system' about which we have argued and complained for the last 4-5 years. 

About the discussion:

Any of us can ask the Director (and his administrative team) ANY question about any aspect of IIT (Academic and co-curricular policies, infrastructure facilities etc) and he as the head of the IITD Senate and administration shall answer them. If you want your question to be asked on priority during the session, then type in your question here: http://www.facebook.com/questions/279919772143162/
