MAL and AML courses will be listed soon and therefore do not give suggestions now.....

and regarding the DEs, i suppose all people interested in industrial will take kulkarni's course. add the 7 credits for core, 4 for hukka, and 4 for a prospective OC. sums up to 19. add a mini p (which again most of you would take), adds up to 23. 

Abhi DE ki fight marne se achha next time na maarein, when most would actually BE able to take up the courses? <just asking>

it's being floated in two slots, i.e BM and BP, in one of them the lectures are in the morning and in the other practicals are in the morning but either way it clashes with the course in B slot.

@ Prateek: I'll talk to MEL120 course coordinator tomorrow about the timings and if my practicals, as well as lectures can be in the  evening or not. If that happens then there's no need to shift the slot.

i agree that DE's are missing and we need to meet Dean UGS and Director for it, but Rohan suggests it well, we need more of them 7th semester, wen we will be able to do de's with met420 met410 as prerec. this is the only feasible way that i see it..

@Prateek: bhai mujhe ek bhi DE nahi mil raha. Kuch kar plzz. 

2 options:

1. ya fir DE's ki list (given in our course of study) badha. (add more courses here)

2. or get more DE's floated.

3 types ki prblem aa rahin hai: 

-some DE's can be done only after the Summer Training (MET)- hence sabka kat gaya!

-I have done MEL312 already and ek DE overlapping hai-so can't do it.

-Rest of the DE's are such that I don't have the pre-reqs. All the pre-reqs are amongst the courses that everyone's currently doing (MEL311/211/331)

Hence, katta ho raha hai mera ganda wala. What remains possible? Hod/dean se baat kar ke baat banegi? Plz help yaar!

@Prateek: I have sorted out my MEL120 issue, so I don't mind OPAC being in slot B or D (though D is  preferable). Also, MEL432 is being floated in B slot which again clashes with OPAC, can that be shifted?

You wont need complete evenings free for EP slot. The slot timing will be 4-5 pm. So that means you would eventually need just prospectively 1 day free, with other two compensated with practicals.

to the exhange junta: I hope you guys do realize that most of the times it's not the prof who has a problem but UG section. For MEL120 I had consent from all the course coordinators, HOD of Mech deptt. but I still had to run around a lot to get it done.
