Ever thought about getting rid of that extra flab? Or maybe just building up your stamina? Or just experiencing the joy of being drenched in sweat?!!
But we know how we need someone to either lure us with a carrot on a string or the age old method of a kick on the ass.
Wondering what's this all about ?!
Without further adieu and getting straight to the point; we are talking about RUNNING!!
So how are we going to go about it?
What we are talking about is ‘group support’. This is an attempt to form a community of people in IIT who want to give up their sedentary lifestyle (always sitting in front of that laptop) and experience the joy of being fit.
The first event we would be participating in is the Airtel Delhi Half Marathon (21km) on 30th sept as it provides sufficient time for any interested person to train for a couple of months and complete it in good time.
We would be following proper training plans so as to achieve the maximum we can.
