PFA the Document Verification Checklist. The same has been also
uploaded on the Tnp Notification website.

Some Important Instructions -
1) You must upload a photograph to your ACSS login before the CV
deadline. Without this you are not eligible to apply
2) You must generate the pdfs of the resume for various profiles
before the CV deadline (7th Aug).
3) The necessary documents must be submitted in given order and format
along with declaration before 5pm on 10th Aug.
4) All the Positions of Responsibility and any work related to it
needs to be certified by the respective board President.
5) Students are NOT allowed to mention Minor Degree. This is valid
even for those sstudents who have completed their minor degree.

there is a small correction. The deadlines are 7th September and 10th September respectively.

A clarification - 

You can get either a hard copy or a soft copy of the intern certificate

all the soft copies have to be mailed to the above mentioned email id.

also submit the printout of the email alongwith the documents.

if you have got a scanned copy that is scanned from the original certificate, then you can submit a printout only. But make sure that this copy contains the seal and/or the signature of the company authority.
