Dear Aarsh,

Please forward the attached schedule to all.
Those who have not given their preferences will have to come on 6th.
I will not wait the entire day waiting for the students on 6th. They
have to reoprt to me at 11 am.
I will conduct viva only of those who are present by 11 am.
There will be no adjustment and change of slots.

@kannav: u can take my slot( 12-1pm).. I'm shifting to the slot 5-6th... Sir se baat karle...He said u can switch the slot mutually  with anyone u want but date is fixed...

those who havent given their names earlier have to give their viva on 6th in sir's office. you have to reach there by 11 am

Moreover,  those who are doing project, must report at sir's office at the same scheduled time to demonstrate the results of their project. this report need not be a formal printed report but you must be clear about the results you have got and be able to answer questions on you work.
