Workshop on Competitive Coding by Rudradev Basak and Pradeep George Mathias

Hey guys,

ACES is organizing a workshop on competitive coding. Rudradev Basak and Pradeep George Mathias shall be sharing their experiences from ACM ICPC and other coding competitions like Topcoder that they have participated in over the years. Both of them, along with Nikhil Garg secured 18th place in the ACM ICPC 2012 contest, which is the best performance ever by an Indian team. Rudradev Basak is ranked Red in Topcoder, and is widely regarded as the best algorithmic coder of India.

At the end of the workshop, they will be giving a live demonstration on how to go about a Single Round Match of Topcoder.

This workshop is highly recommended for freshers who want to be introduced to competitive coding contests like topcoder.com, spoj, codechef etc., and also for other students who wish to learn and get inspired from the best.
