About the Company
Godot Media is a very fast growing company in the online media space, based in Bangalore. The company was founded by IIT-‐IIM alumni with management consulting background. We offer digital content development and content marketing services to businesses based in North America and Europe, and are now looking to develop and offer groundbreaking technical products for the market.
Job Description:
We are looking for a web and mobile application / product developer for the position of Technical Lead for AutoSocial (our new product under development). An entrepreneurial streak is very welcome – in fact, it could be an exciting co-‐founding opportunity for the right candidate.
You should be passionate about programming and capable of independent problem solving. Ability to work across technologies and frameworks is highly desirable. The product you’ll be working on will marry social media, search, NLP, data mining, web crawling, fronted by a sleek UI.
Job Requirements:
1+ year experience working with Python / Django and databases using Postgre SQL. Freshers with experience using these technologies can apply as well -‐ please don’t apply if you are new to these.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript. Experience working with Bootstrap, Android or iOS SDK is a plus.
Previous experience developing mobile and web applications is highly desirable. Know-‐how of server performance management is a big plus too.
Previous experience in web data scraping or analysis, Twitter and Facebook API will be viewed positively.
Tier 1 engineering college academic backgrounds preferred– IITs or similar. How to Apply?
