I. Software Engineer - Packet Forwarding (3 positions)
Experience : 10 - 18 yrs
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop driver and microcode for data forwarding (layer 2 & layer 3)
- The candidate requires a BS in CS or equivalent and applicable software experience (10+ years).
- The candidate must have an extremely strong C programming background with expertise in Microcode programming.
- Hands on development experience on device driver development for layer 2 & layer 3 data forwarding is a must.
- Knowledge of Ethernet layer 2 protocols like STP, LACP etc is highly desirable.
- The candidate must have strong analytical skills, good communications and documentation skills and the ability to work well in a dynamic group environment.
- Experience with carrying out projects through complete life cycle including design, development, documentation, unit/integration testing and sustaining work is desired

II. Software Engineer – 3G / LTE Packet Core (4 positions)
Experience : 8 - 18 yrs
Job Summary: Design, develop and maintain networking protocols and mobile applications software on highly scalable networking platforms
Responsibilities:
· Strong design and development experience using C in UNIX or Linux environment and excellent problem solving skills.
· Knowledge of networking protocols such as IPV4 and IPV6.
· Experience in developing signaling and routing protocol software desired
· Experience in developing software for multi-core CPUs will be an added advantage.
· 2 to 4yrs of hands-on development experience in one or more following areas:
- GTP, GGSN, SGSN, PGW, SGW protocol & applications.
- Multicore and multithreaded infrastructure applications
- IPSec, IKEv2
- DPI: L4 to L7
- Legal Intercept (LI)
- QoS
- Policy management technology
- AAA – Radius & Diameter
- Redundancy – HA, ISSU
- Charging – Generation of CDRs, local storage and uploading to Charging gateways.
- Subscriber management

III. Software Engineering Manager (PFE)
Experience : 12- 16 yrs
Job Summary: Expected to drive SW engineering practices and also to build and sustain strong technical skills in the team and also responsible for the performance, productivity, morale and motivation of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Strong design and development experience using C in UNIX/Linux embedded environment and excellent problem solving skills.
- A clear understanding of the product development cycle, technical requirements with a strong understanding of concepts related to computer architecture, data structures and programming practices.
- A minimum of 10 + years of experience as an individual contributor and 2 + years as a 1st line manager
- Experience in setting up a team and delivering products of high quality.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Candidate must have a strong record delivering software projects on-time and with high quality
- Hands-on experience in any of these areas - QoS, Packet Forwarding, IKEv2, Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), LI, Multithreading, AAA (Radius/ Diameter), High Availability /Redundancy , UMTS or/and LTE wireless architecture etc

IV. Test Engineer (4 positions)
Experience : 2 to 12 Years
- Demonstrated strong proficiency in testing of Mobile technologies (3G/LTE)
- GTP, GGSN, SGSN, PGW, SGW protocol & applications testing.
- GGSN/SGSN testing.
- - Legal Intercept (LI) testing
- - QoS testing
- - Policy management technology testing
- - AAA – Radius & Diameter testing
- - Redundancy – HA, ISSU testing
- Demonstrate proficiency in any of the scripting languages, such Perl, Tcl/ Tk is desirable.
- BE in CS/EE, or higher degree.
- Experience with networking test equipment (e.g., Agilent Router Testers, Spirent Landslide, IXIA/IxLoad) would be an added advantage.

V. Regressions Test Engineer (2 positions)
Experience : 2 to 7 Years
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong proficiency in networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, multicast, MPLS, RSVP), their configuration, and deployment.
- Must possess outstanding problem solving skills in diagnosis and resolution of issues.
- The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self starter, proactive and must be able to handle multiple tasks
- Demonstrate proficiency in any of the scripting languages, such Perl, Tcl/ Tk is desirable.
- BE in CS/EE, or higher degree.
- Experience with networking test equipment (e.g., Agilent RouterTesters, Spirent SmartBits, IXIA) would be an added advantage.
· An understanding of mobile technologies such as GTP, GGSN, SGSN, PGW, SGW protocol & applications testing.
