Urgent Regarding the Stipend

All the students of M.Tech and Ph.D whose attendance were crossed in
the month of Feb 2010 are hereby informed that after a discussion with
Dr. D.S. Kushwaha (DPGC Convener), it is conferred that your stipend
of crossed dates will not be deducted from the month of feb 2010 if
and only if(iff) you all submit your leave applications of crossed
dates, properly forwarded by your supervisor latest by 17th march.
Failing which your stipend which had to be deducted from the month of
feb 2010, will be deducted from the month of March 2010 without any
notice.
