Title: Service Parts Management Specialist (Servigistics)
Location: San Jose CA / RTP NC
Role Descriptions:
1. At least 5 years of hands-on experience Hands-on experience with Service Parts Management (Servigistics), Demand & Supply Planning, Oracle Order Management, Inventory Management.
2. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SPM (Service Parts Management from PTC Inc.) with domain knowledge in Service Planning 3. At least 5 years of practical experience in Pega, with certification as a Certified System Architect (CSA) 4. Hands-on experience in Oracle, focusing on inventory management and shipping processes.
5. Knowledge of Reverse Logistics (RL) business processes.
6. Knowledge in Inventory Management & Optimization.
7. Familiarity with SQL/PL SQL at an intermediate level.
8. Exposure in Reverse Logistics
9. Strong Analytical & problem Solving skills 10. Go-getter attitude 11. Ability to Capture and Communicate Requirements effectively 12. Excellent Communication skills
