Application Fee and Arrival Information

Hi, All：

 

Some summer camp applicants haven't paid application fee. Please send your application fee ASAP. If we do not receive your Application fee by June 19, you name will be removed from list. Attached is a list of students whose application fee has not been received. More than ten students on this list have informed us that the checks are on the way.

 

We have received a request from the organizer. You have to report your arrival information to us. It means the date, time and flight number or train number to Changsha. The organizer will arrange bus to pick up you. Please send correct information to Sun Xiaoyin at xiaoy...@yahoo.com before 8:00 am, July 4. If we do not receive your arrival information, you will not be picked up by the organizer at airport or train station.  Then you have to go to the camp place by yourself.
