1. POSITION                       :               Stress Engineer (for landing gears)

QUALIFICATION               :               B.E / M. Tech- Mechanical/Aerospace

EXPERIENCE                       :               2 to 4 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ø Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals / principles.

Ø Strong background in performing stress analysis using hand calculations (classical methods) and ABAQUS FEA software.

Ø Previous experience on Landing Gears is a huge plus.

Ø Involved in Structural Analysis using hand calculations (classical methods), ABAQUS FEA software and in-house codes / tools.

 

2. POSITION                  :           Tech Lead- Design (for landing gears)

QUALIFICATION            :           BE B. Tech / ME/ M. Tech / MS - Mechanical or Aeronautical

EXPERIENCE                 :           7 to 9 years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ø  Strong in product design & development activities.

Ø  Involved in Mechanical design, detailing and project management activity in the team.

Ø  Hands on experience in CAD (Catia V5)

Ø  Familiarity with Mechanical Aircraft components and systems. Knowledge of Reliability Maintainability and Safety and electro-mechanical systems will be an added advantage.

 

3. POSITION                  :           Sr. Engineer – Design (for actuation systems)

QUALIFICATION            :           BE B. Tech / ME/ M. Tech / MS - Mechanical or Aeronautical

EXPERIENCE                 :           4 to 5 years

Ø  Should be able to study and understand the existing deigns and capable of suggesting improved solutions for new products.

Ø  Capable of creating installation and assembly drawings by understanding the design interfaces on the aircraft or in the next level of assembly.

Ø  Provide product design support at all stages of the design process from design to manufacture within a multi-disciplinary engineering team.

Ø  Produce initial design calculations to enable initial design work to commence.

Ø  Knowledge in Catia V5

Ø  Preparation of detailed drawings with design standards having,

-       Dimensions specified with proper GD&T compliances.

-       Enough detailed views and dimension to enable manufacturing.

-       Tolerances specified after tolerance analysis with interfacing parts.

-       Surface finish specified suiting to the end use and environment.

-       Material with proper heat treatment selected based on end use and stress requirements.
