Apologies if this has already posted, it's my first post on this forum.

The writer of Peaky Blinders and SAS Rogue Heroes has had a drama based on Two Tone commissioned by the BBC, more details on this link:

It had been mentioned before. but here's an update. The fact that it say that Universal Music Group will be supplying artists for the soundtrack suggests it may have moved away from being based around Two Tone, especially as it starts in 1981. The new title (This Town) obviously nods at Ghost Town, but Universal don't own any rights to Two Tone material.

Maybe someone realised that the This Is England franchise already exists?

Sounds great! I'd heard something about this before, but it sounds very promising. If it's as well made as Peaky Blinders it could be something Special indeed.

As good as Peaky Blinders is I think  SAS: Rogue Hero's is the best thing the BBC has done in years. The soundtrack is excellent, if not surprising.  Whoever thought tracks by The Damned, Johnny Thunders, Sham 69 and Motorhead  would sit perfectly with this series is nothing short of a genius.  The only black spot in the series is the actor Jack O'Connell's attempt at a 'Norn Iron' accent. His role as Blair Mayne is  otherwise  outstanding  .
