Dammers & Amy Winehouse - ITV / UTV tonight.

Hi All,

The 90th birthday bash for Nelson Mandela is being shown on ITV / UTV
tonight (Friday) from 9pm.
Among those featuring will be Mr. Gerald Dammers, who'll be doing the
Special AKA song "Free Nelson Mandela". Helping him along will be Amy
Winehouse and a host of others. I think it's right at the end -
FINALE and all that.

I recorded the concert just to be on the safe side I wasn't expecting
to see anything so I'm glad I did now. I haven't played the video back
yet but I will later I hear Dammers was on last so I won't have to
watch all the other crap in between. I wish it was Lily Allen doing
the Vocals instead of Amy Winehouse she would have done a better job.

You Don't hear from me often but occasionally I just have to comment. Paul you are so right, Amy murdered a great tune and the queen style guitar break made it all worse. Happy birthday Nelson, I will remember you by playing the record and trying to forget the abysmal wailing I just suffered for five minutes. Amy Whine House has a great voice in the studio, but live she hasn't a
note in her head. She also takes first prize for The Worlds Worst
Dancer.
