Greetings!
The JTDX application, as of version 17.8, brings us a new mode called
JT10. It seems to be in between JT65 and JT9 in that it has narrowed the
used bandwidth although has some multitone encoding. It is less pleasant
to listen to compared to JT65 although much more more entertaining than
JT9.
To illustrate that, there is an attached imaged captured on 40 meters of
two stations using JT10 calling CQ. This was while the radio was tuned to
7.080 MHz although similar things could also be found at 14.080 and a
variety of other related frequencies. Note the lack of JT65ish
"carrier"...

The JTDX app is fast changing and I try to keep track of it by looking at
https://forum.qrz.ru/6-cifrovye-vidy-radiosvyazi/44060-proekt-wsjt-x-mody-jt65-jt9-wspr-jt4-jtmsk-rabota-s-testovym-softom-425.html
and using the google translate.
BTW, while doing 2 Meter WSPR on April 11, I recieved some mystery signals
that almost seemed to be WSPRish signals. The second image I have
attached illustrated that.
