Hi there
Please find attached the inventory list of what is in the container tuckshop wise. We might just want to add in the life jackets and other stuff at the back but I did not count them yesterday.
I have put the prices to the cold drinks that I could, which is already over R5900.00
There is one packet of patties with Sabine but she did indicate that she might just buy them off the scouts so I did not include them either.
This at least gives us a starting point so that if Shirley wants to open up on Friday, she can.
I suggest we do another stock take at the end of each term until Shirley has built up reserves to pay for the stock

Thanks you so much for doing this it’s really APPRECIATED. Tents in the process of being colour co-ordinated will place in the back of the container on Thursday.
Also any thoughts on the refresher course Anne and I need to do?????

I think it is fair that we do a stock take at the end of the term and Shirley pays for what has bene sold. We just need some way if identifying “our” stock, and any new stock that she purchases for the Tuck shop.
I have loaded our old Equipment register onto Scouts Digital. The life jackets and other items in the back of the container Are on the Equipment register, so do not form part of the Tuck Shop. I discussed briefly with Leon on Friday. We will take the list and do a physical check to update and correct the Equipment register now that it is on Scouts Digital.
