The AGM will take place on 12th June. We cannot get gummies this year so it will be held at Easteds Barn.
We can use the field for the Beaver, Cubs, Scouts activity.
The proposed format is Beavers normal start time of 6.15 for their session with the actual AGM 7.00 - 7.30pm and prizegiving and awards etc after. Then Cubs and Scouts can do their own thing. We have the barn until 9pm.
We will do sausages for after the AGM.
