(Apologies - sent this out to only section leaders, with a wrong date yesterday!)
Hi All
We need a leaders meeting this term. Off the top of my head, items to discuss:

Propose projects for fundraising 
Spending the co-op / Waitrose funds
Kayak store clear out
Cleaning kit after camps
Kit to purchase? 
23rd June - AGM family day
Other? 

Proposed dates are:  Wednesday 21st/THursday 22nd (after cubs) February
PLease can you let me know if either of those dates are preferred.

Does this session cover any water activities planning?
I am not actually around on those dates anyway. I can be available for boat store work.

Is the leaders meeting still on for Thursday in light of Cubs being in Worthing? If so what time and where?

Apologies, the Leaders meeting will have to move as we are in Worthing on Thursday with the cubs and I’m not certain what time we will get back to start the meeting. 

Proposed dates are Thursday 1st March at 8:30pm or Wednesday 7th March, starting at 8pm. Location tbd.
Any thoughts /preferences

Just to say keeping an eye on weather etc for tomorrow’s meeting. 
Probably will relocate to Lintot, where most of us can walk to. 
Timing may change depending on whether cubs happens, which again depends on weather and the school being open for us. 
Watch this space.
