to 1st Southwater Sea Scouts, 1st Southwater Scout Group Chairperson, Treasurer 1st Southwater Scout Group, 1st Southwater Secretary
This year, things have changed a little . . .
The group carrying the union flag will assemble outside Haldi - this year it is 2nd Southwater
Guides meet outside the Little Tea Shop
1st Southwater meet outside Beeson House  (usually in shade I think)
Explorers by flackwoods

Follow the march in that order to stand on the pavement and road facing the war memorial (and surgery) in blocks - Beavers in the front, then cubs, then Scouts. It should be obvious from the groups  in front of us
I understand explorers with stand across the back of all the group.
Colour parties will line up, as directed, against the low fence leading to the memorial.

The service is shorter. It’s due to start at 1050.
I suggest you tell the YPs to meet latest 1030, to collect contributions, organise flag bearers and the marching order etc.
Collection will be around 1110/1115 from Beeson House.

Unfortunately I will not be there, but Beavers will lead the Group, following on behind the Guides.

Section Leaders, please collect donations to the RBL and hand to Natalie Allen, Group Chair.

Letter attached for you to send to parents

Can someone bring a first aid kit and perhaps a couple of bottles of water - we usually have at least one fainter?

Uniform - thermals underneath, no coats. Unless it is baltic/pouring down - unsafe for the YP not to be wearing outerwear.

Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks
Sue
