Is there an external hard drive which is compatible with a Power Mac 7100/80?

External SCSI boxes are often available on LEM's Swap mailing list.

If you haver an old Apple CD 600e that you don't use, you could take the CD drive out of the case and put an old SCSI hard drive into the case. I did that and made a 4 Gb. hard drive for my Mac Plus. Just remember to unplug the power & SCSI cable from the enclosure before servicing.
