Location Delhi, Chandigarh and Chennai

KRA

1. FINANCIAL

Achieve Monthly Primary & Secondary Sales Target of the Area for the
entire product range.
Implement the company’s Credit Policy.

2. MARKET RELATED

Plan town wise coverage basis their population, profile, number of
outlets, business potential etc.
Represent the Organization to the Sales Network.
Ensure systematic coverage of the territory. Evaluate & modify the
same at regular intervals keeping in mind the business growth, outlet
expansion, required coverage frequency & cost effectiveness.
Ensure that consumer complaints, damaged stocks at trade &
distributor
level are handled timely and as per the laid down company guidelines.

3. DIRECT / INDIRECT DISTRIBUTION

Set, monitor & ensure Town wise / SKU wise / Sales Executive wise
distribution targets by extending coverage and range distribution in
outlets under direct coverage. Also help SE to do the same for his
territory.
Analyze & determine deviations from plans with reasons report &
discuss with the RSM and take necessary action.
Identify, activate & control OTC (Over the Counter) wholesalers in
the
territory to maximize indirect distribution of our products. Also
maintain adequate contacts to ensure that they are fully involved in
our business.
Select, train & activate in shop salesman / promoter to increase
productivity and indirect coverage in the territory.

4. DISPLAY & MERCHANDISING

Ensure effective installation, utilization & maintenance of all
Display Units.
Ensure high quality product displays in the market through Sales
Executives & Re-distributors by training them in proper & creative
use
of POS and other selling aids.
5. DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT

Through Sales Executives, appoint, train, develop & retain
distributors and their representatives in the territory and ensure
that their contribution to our business is as per targets / plan.
Negotiate, after necessary approvals, with distributors for services
and investment in stock levels and market credits.
Evaluate at regular intervals the services/schemes rendered, coverage
& distribution gains and financial status of the distributor. Review
and discuss with RSM and take corrective actions after necessary
approvals.
Monitor constantly stock & sales of all distributors and take
corrective actions, if and as required.

6. HANDLING COMPETITION

Know major competitive companies and their products, their strengths
&
weaknesses.
Check prices and activities of competitors and give feedback to RSM
on
regular basis with all relevant details / samples and local
activities
to counter competition.

7. REPORTING / ADMINISTRATION

Maintain contact with RSM on regular basis, discuss issues, follow
instructions and report implementation levels
Meet all deadlines of reporting schedules to RSO / RSM and ensure
they
are timely and accurate.
Maintain & update on a regular basis the data of territory. This data
should be maintained TSI wise / Town wise / Distributor wise / Month
wise / SKU wise.
Contact Distributors / Key Accounts as per company norms. Share
relevant information on plans so that they are fully appraised and
involved in our business.& determine deviations from plans with
reasons, report & discuss with the RSM and take necessary action.
