increased sales growth/ maximized profitability for DTR - Mumbai
Identifying and appointing retail partners for deeper market
penetration and reach in DTR-Mumbai also evaluating their performance
& monitoring their sales and marketing activities.
Analyze and compare sales plans with the sales forecast and implement
appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales on a monthly
basis
Responsible for achieving primary and secondary objectives of the
company and ROI for Retailers.
Provide motivation and direction to the sales team and Retailers about
the product for enhancing the overall performance.
Forecast customer’s demands based on analysis of off takes.
Assisting the dealers in achieving the targets and facilitating them
with technical training on a regular basis.
Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and
providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning
sales & marketing strategies
Designing beat specific channel strategy within the central guidelines
and lead implementation in individual territories.
Sales process development, implementation and improvement.
Inter departmental Coordination for smooth functioning of Business
Education & Exp. Rqd :
Any Graduate (Preferably MBA) with 4-6 yrs of work exp.
Telecom industry (Handset/prepaid) exp. preferred.
In depth knowledge of retailers in Mumbai is must
