Job Description

Job requires understanding the functional specifications and creating
high level design and then creating the low level design documents for
the features that are being implemented.


Defining coding standards and best practices for the team, review code
of the developers and ensure adherence to design and Architecture,
Ensuring High quality of code. Expert in troubleshooting and have
strong analytical to solve problem on Real Time Environment.


Job requires contributing to Software Estimation and helping team
members in learning tips and tricks of estimation.


Job requires researching and learning new and innovative technologies
and application development practices in Java Technology. Always
keeping up to date with the latest happenings. Sharing useful
information with rest of the team by conducting training sessions.


Skill Set:- Ability to design & Architect applications with scalable
solution, OOAD & UML, Java/J2EE technologies, JBOSS, XML,Ibatis, JMS,
Database knowledge(MySql).


Tools and Technologies:

J2EE/J2SE, Unit testing with JUnit Framework, Good knowledge of
Eclipse, Ant/Maven, SML, Javadoc, JUnit, Log4j, EJB, Linux


Added Advantage:

Experience in working on full SDLC projects in following domain:-
Social Networking, Content Management System
