10% increase in employee efficiency can mean 10% savings in Salary bill

Dear Sir,

There is a saying in English - you don't need to motivate your employees to increase their productivity, you just increase their productivity they become motivated automatically.

Mr. Jamnalal Bajaj is a  owner of a small IT Engineering unit in Mumbai, and he has around 32 people working in his office in various departments.

1. Since they use Thin Clients, as well as Desktop PCs, he needs something which will work on both thin client as well as fat clients.

2. Also they have mixture of Windows as well as Linux PCs, also they use variety of Operating systems, like Windows XP, Windows 7, Ubuntu and Suse.

3. They are using 2 different network subnets - so the tool has to work on different networks also.

4. Mr. Bajaj & Mr Menon want to be able to monitor all users, even when they are on move out of the office.
