M&M Customer Satisfaction Survey- Please complete by Friday, November 22nd

Greetings M&M Clients,

We would like to ask all of our M&M parents to please complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey. The feedback from the survey is part of our biannual evaluations and will be used to help evaluate the performance of our program and staff. We would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to complete the survey for your student's enrichment specialist(s) and the site leader/program director at the program you attend. All parents completing the survey have the opportunity to be entered in a drawing for a $25 gift card.  In addition to providing feedback, we are also asking interested parents to let us know if they would like to be considered to be part of a parent advisory committee. We are requesting that you complete the survey by Friday, November 22nd. The class at each location with the highest percentage of  surveys returned by the deadline will win a pizza party.
