Well the iPhones need to sync up with iTunes once a while not to lose data. I think you get the point..
I was almost going to make some bookings but I will wait ... Based on the call there were several different opinions floating around and I think we all have to listen to each other and derive a final plan it may not 100% satisfying to everyone's needs or ideas. Key is have fun and enjoy the company my personal opinion is to do less running around and more fun things together. Seems like whole weekend but it's actually only saturday that we need to plan and the rest is all check in and check out. Me and Meher talked after the call and between the small group would like to modify the details soon Meher will check out the boat details personally before committing to the group. Please standby and we will publish changed itinerary once agreed by the group .. we will finalize before this weekend.

Just getting curious about the agenda as the date nears.  I was unable to be on the call for the entire length...but I thought we had gotten quite close to making the final plan.  

Friday night was the restaurant in the resort.  (Italian or Tex-Mex, right?)

Saturday 

Grab morning coffee in the coffee shop and Madras Pavilion/ some other indian place (naaz had many suggestions during the call)  for lunch.  Lets do this earlyish - i.e. No later than noon

Boat ride in the afternoon.

Give about an hour to freshen up...

Do the limo and evening dinner at the selected place (560 or the place Raman Rao suggested or some place equivalent).

Plan a brunch kind oF deal or early lunch for Sunday morning so that people an make it for their flights in the afternoon.

Edit as you see fit.  I might have it all wrong...
