Thanks Diwakar for putting this together.

I have a spreadsheet I'm maintaing... you can use this if you'd like. May be add Manasa's arrival/departure info sheet and your agenda sheet etc. Or just discard if its not useful. The cost sheet needs to be updated as we go along.

meher/ravi suri and shok have helped build that agendaa.. and thanks to them all too..

you are right regarding the expenses.. please keep a record so we can adjust them after the trip..i will collect it and we can all reconcile
