Educational Opportunities are popping up all over town, please help spread the word.

Urban Permaculture Institute's Summer Urban PDC in Potrero Hill, starting on June 16th.

Additionally, the Urban Permaculture Institute, is launching a series of "Deeper Dives" into many of the topics covered in the permaculture curriculum.  We are excited about this new program and hope you are too!  If you have any great ideas for a class, or a desire to teach a certain topic, please come to the next Guild Meeting or reply to this message.

The first Deeper Dive course in the series, the Permaculture Design Certificate Teacher Training, will be held at Hayes Valley Farm. The five-day intensive and certification will run Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, June 14 -18.

And there are plenty workshops and classes and events available.  Our group is getting quite creative, and it's really exciting.  Here's just a few... 

Antonio Roman-Alcala is holding workshops focused on Growing Food at a farm or garden near you, including Alemany Farm, The Free Farm Stand, Gravel and Gold, and Hayes Valey Farm.

Cristina Ibarra, who has been capturing amazing photos of the Free Farm Stand, 18th and Rhode Island, and more is coordinating a fun kid-friendly MAPP Event  - GardenART in the Treat Commons Garden at the corner of 23rd and Treat (This Saturday June 5, from 5.30 pm - sundown)

Zoey Kroll is leading a Photograghy and Social Media Training which launched the Photo Adventure Club (next event, Father's Day Portraits, June 20, 3-4pm)
