Yard Sale coming up at Park East - do you have stuff to get rid of?

Hello neighbors!

Do you have stuff to get rid of?

We are collecting donations for our Yard Sale Fundraiser on Saturday, May 17.  We will be out in the parking lot selling things from 9–1 during the annual neighborhood-wide "Mother of All Yard Sales" 

If you have anything you'd like to donate to the sale, please email or text to let us know – if you can't be there on the 17th, we can coordinate picking it up and storing it for you in advance. You can email 1845s...@gmail.com or text Bethany at (903) 649-3173.

All proceeds from the sale will go to support our formation of a limited equity co-op here at Park East. At the end of the sale, a local nonprofit donation truck will be coming by to pick up any leftover items that didn't sell that you don't want to take back home.

Additionally, if you'd like to help set up in the morning or just hang out during the sale, that would be awesome! It should be a fun day, and hopefully we can raise a lot of $$!
