Guy-Luc Jouan on BGG was kind enough to correct my atrocious French on some city and private names (Boulogne, Cie du Havre, etc). As these are primary components and a PITA to make (and some of you are just starting production), I've updated the rules and the PDF with the privates and tokens now rather than invalidate what you haven't made yet.
