Guy-Luc Jouan has pointed out more language errors (mostly French spellings or inconsistent capitalization). The rules, privates, charters, shares, trains and map have been updated.

The only train change was the art for the electric/TGV. The only map change was changing Torino to Turin in the French manner. The other changes were more significant, but were likewise all cosmetic.
