The current version of the new rules covering the recent development of 18FR-RCE as 1843 can be found here:

As comments and feedback are received, they rules and related files will be updated. After some time for review and comments on the rules, the (new) prototype files will also be released. I additionally hope to have a ps18xx version of the game available.
